We use the details you share to care for your car and respond to your requests.
What you share
Inquiry and appointment forms collect contact details, vehicle information, location, requested services and any notes you choose to provide. Please avoid sensitive personal information in your notes.
How we use it
We review requests, contact you, agree service details, and keep customer, vehicle and completed-job records. Maintenance and referral records help us administer terms agreed directly with you. We do not sell customer information.
Service providers
The hosted website uses Cloudflare and Supabase for hosting, storage and owner authentication. Requested email copies use Resend. These services process information needed to provide those functions. Calling or texting opens your device’s phone or messaging app; the website does not send an automated text. Optional paid diagnosis visits use Stripe Checkout. We share your receipt email and a diagnosis reference with Stripe to process the $20 payment. Card details are entered on Stripe, not stored by this website. We keep payment status and any detail credit with your diagnosis record; visit arrangements are confirmed personally.
Browser storage
Your appearance preference and unfinished care selection may be saved in this browser session. The owner dashboard uses a secure sign-in cookie. Referral links contain an opaque code, not customer contact details.
Website measurements
We count page views, estimate starts, completed form requests and clicks on call, text and review links to understand what helps customers. These are daily totals by page and broad source, such as Google or a local partner. We do not send form contents, full referring URLs or visitor identifiers with these measurements. No analytics cookies are used. A broad source label may be kept in this browser session. We skip these counts when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Our hosting providers still process ordinary request information to operate and protect the site.
Your choices
You can call instead of using a form and leave optional fields empty. To ask about, correct or request deletion of your information, call or text (253) 258-5326. We may need to verify the request and retain records needed for completed services or required business records.
